Sequencing
We offer the Gold standard cost effective Sanger Sequencing Services using high throughput ABI3730 Xl platform with BigDye V3.1 terminator technology.
We accept samples such as gDNA, direct PCR product, Non-pathogenic microbial culture, DNA plasmid – purified, Tissue, DNA/cDNA, PCR product and nested PCR products
- Uni directional / Bi-directional Sequencing - we provide DNA/ plasmid isolation to single pass sequence up to 800 bases for uni-directional sequencing and single pass sequence up to 1500 bases for bidirectional sequencing.
- Primer walking Uni directional / Bi-directional - our standard primers or specific primers of your interest to sequence the first 750 - 1000 bases of the DNA strand for single directional sequencing and to sequence the first 750 - 1000 bases of the DNA strand for Bi-directional sequencing.
- Culture Sequencing - Our proprietory formulated DNA extraction kits are used to isolate high-quality DNA from pure culture, generating amplicons up to 3kb.

The Ready to Run sequencing samples results will be provided in 2 - 3 days.
