Description
The dNTP set consists of aqueous 100mM solutions at pH7.0 of dATP, dCTP, dGTP or dTTP. The dNTP set offers maximum flexibility in the preparation of reaction mixes for different applications. dATP, dCTP, dGTP or dTTP are also sold separately. Supplied as 250µl (25µmol) aliquots.
Applications
Not for clinical use. For research use only in qPCR, PCR, long PCR, RT-PCR, cDNA synthesis, primer extension, isothermal amplification, cloning, Sanger and next-generation (NGS) DNA sequencing and DNA labeling.
